The workers of Mission visited Pinsk

The travelling took place from 31 july to the 1st august. Priest Andrej Rylka met our group hospitably, leaded the excursion around the seminary, Pinsk cathedral and town. The participants visited the concert of organ music in the performance of musicians from Krakau (Daniel Prajzner-organ and Victoria Aleksinska-soprano), which was in local cathedral. Historical organ in this church is unique for the whole Belarus, this organ was renovated for the concerts and now it is regularly used for the concerts of academic music.

Travellers visited the Museum of Belarussian Palessie – one of the oldest museums in Belarus, which is dedicated to the history and culture of Palessie. There are ancient exhibits, interesting collection of art and one of the oldest exhibits – a wooden bike, made in 1930s years.
