Carnival on Fat Thursday

On Fat Thursday, February 12, a Carnival took place at the Christian Social Center.
The youngest attendees of the Mission spent time dressed as their favorite animals, superheroes, princesses, and fairy tale characters. Both children and their parents enjoyed not only dancing and contests but also a traditional treat – donuts.

The following Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent – a time of penance in the Catholic Church.
