On November 14, the Christian Social Center of the Good Samaritan in Minsk hosted a Day of Concentration for Catholic Sisters of the Minsk-Mahiloŭ Archdiocese. About 30 sisters from different monastic communities met together.
The meeting began with a conference delivered by Father Pavieł Ramančuk OFMConv, who encouraged the sisters to reflect on the questions why and how the consecrated life can be a treasure.
The conference followed by the adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
The central moment of the day of concentration was the Eucharist.
At the beginning of Holy Mass, the Metropolitan of Minsk-Mogilev, Archbishop Juzaf Stanieŭski sincerely greeted all those present. He wished the sisters to be an inspiration to other people and to bring God to the modern world. Filled with God’s presence, strengthened by God’s Word and communal prayer, the catholic sisters, grateful for the day of concentration, like the apostles, went further into the world to bring God to every person.
