The children visited the exhibition “Red book” in National library of Belarus

In the Book Museum children together with the artists Maryna Zhvirlya and Fyodar Shurmyaleu were discussing the questions: what an art-book is and what an engraving is; why in the Red Book the images are simply squeezed out on white paper and the images of animals on the pages are slightly visible and seem to dissolve; how with the help of painting it is possible to draw attention to the problems of ecology. After that there was the practical and the most interesting part of classes! Children could print animals from the “Red Book” on an etching machine.
