Blessing of Easter Foods

Traditionally, on Holy Thursday at the Good Samaritan Mission, a “Svianconka” took place – the blessing of Easter foods.

As every year, children, parents, Mission staff, and members of the Samaritan community gathered like one big family. Everyone received a gift — a treat for the Easter table.

Among warm words of congratulations were also wishes for the spiritual father of our Mission, Fr. Alaksandr Šamrycki MIC. The youngest visitors of the Mission, as well as the youth participating in the Eucharistic Youth Movement, addressed the priest with their congratulations.
