Bus Pilgrimage on April 26

The Christian Social Center invites you on April 26, 2026, to a bus pilgrimage route: Minsk – Soły – Dajlidki – Hierviaty – Varniany – Michališki – Hudahaj – Minsk.
In Soly stands one of the most beautiful churches of the 20th century.
In Dajlidki, the Church of the Protection of the Most Holy Virgin Mary has been preserved. The construction period of the church (1920s) left its external appearance in the style of national architectural modernism.
We will see the tallest church in Belarus (64 meters) in Hierviaty. This shrine is surely the most popular among tourists in Belarus. Sometimes the church is called the “Belarusian Notre-Dame”.
Varniany preserved an 18th-century temple complex as well as an interesting donjon tower on an island.
Michališki will greet us with a church in the style of Sarmatian Baroque. Inside the sanctuary is one of the most unique interiors. More than a hundred stucco sculptures are housed there. We will learn why this church so suits the character of Belarusians.
We will also visit the Church of the Visitation of the Most Holy Virgin Mary (1764) in the village of Hudahaj, where a miraculous icon is kept.
During the trip, there will be stories about the people and shrines, as well as the opportunity to participate in an educational quiz.
